Irene Katungu Maboshe

Irene Katungu Maboshe is an actress born in 1965 in the western part of Zambia. She has acted on stage and on television and featured in Zambia’s most popular soap operas, Kabanana and Loose Ends. She has won a number of awards. A marketer by profession, she works for the Zambia Telecommunications Company, where she is also an HIV and AIDS peer educator.

Her research focuses on evaluating the methods and content of drama used in HIV and AIDS education in the workplace.
