Phillip Kamphilikwe Kaluba

Phillip Kamphilikwe Kaluba is a Theatre for Development (TFD) practitioner, story teller, art presenter and trainer specializing in participatory arts approaches best fit for Zambia on HIV and AIDS and development.
Philip started practicing TFD in 1979 and he holds a TFD certificate from the Zambia Open University, where he joined Tafika Theatre, a children’s theatre programme run at Chikwakwa theatre Plant. As a Drama facilitator of Kamoto Community Arts, he champions a TFD method called “TIKAMBILANE”.
Philip has organized events and worked within the SADC region; in Zambia, East Africa, as well as in Asia and Europe, with university students, artists and development knowledge workers. He has also produced educational plays and videos for Zambian communities, government and Parliament.
Currently, he is pursuing a BA Honours in Drama through Drama for life, at Wits.
